Short list. Mostly common courtesy.
A lot of our neighbors work nights and sleep days. Nearly every rule here exists so they can.
In the park
- Quiet hours 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Shift workers are sleeping.
- Speed limit 5 mph on park roads.
- Keep your site tidy. Nothing stored under or beside the rig.
- Sewer connections must use a proper seal and support.
- Trash goes in the dumpster, not beside it.
- Park in your own site. Guest parking by arrangement.
Pets, guests & payment
- Pets welcome. Leashed, cleaned up after, and not left out barking.
- You're responsible for your guests while they're here.
- Check-in from 3 p.m.; check-out by 11 a.m.
- Nightly stays are paid at booking through our reservation system.
- Monthly rent is due on the same date each month; electric is billed back.
- Give notice before you pull out so we can turn the site.
- No commercial repair work or fluid changes on site.
